Technical department In the location at Oldenzaal, we have our own technical service and repair de-partment. The high skilled staff takes care of providing not only service and repair facilities for internal use, but also on a contract basis for (trade) customers. They work on a specific standard and SLA. Export/transport facilities We provide outstanding export/transport facilities for our customers so that we take away all the worries and extra work that normally a costumer has to take care of. Warehousing We can make use of a large storage capacity so that we can stock about 550.000 return goods and or refurbished goods at the moment. This combined with modern en sufficient storage equipment and excellent skilled staff makes us very flexible in taking in and handling large quantities of return goods. We can offer great stocklot and have much overstock. Refurbishment In cooperation with our partners and under the supervision and quality system of our technical department, we provide a refurbished flow of articles in our catalogues. These refurbished articles are as good as new and come with a complete checked signature and warranty. Automation Tronex has invested for the last two years in several grades of automation to bring up its level of service to the customers and make the processes internally more efficient. Sales We are in the business of wholesale of electronic consumer goods and return goods. This means operationally buying and selling of overstocks and return goods. We are also on the market with refurbished goods and selling stocklot. We can refurbish return goods and repack them to be sold as new. Sanierung In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern und unter der Aufsicht und Qualitätssicherungssystem unserer technischen Abteilung bieten wir ein renoviertes Fluss von Artikeln in unseren Katalogen.
